Sleepro delivers within Peninsular Malaysia via third-party delivery partners. We DO NOT provide delivery to PO Box, East Malaysia, Langkawi and all other islands. In purchasing our product, you agree to the following delivery conditions:

• Once you’ve placed your order and final payment is confirmed, our warehouse typically takes 2-5 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) to process your order. Overall lead time for you to receive your order will be within 3-14 business days, unless stipulated otherwise.

• For pre-orders, please refer to the estimated lead time on the product page. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. 

• Delivery dates and times are entirely subject to availability and scheduling by our third-party delivery partner, and not Sleepro. 

• The delivery date can be scheduled based on case-to-case basis however we are unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date as it is subject to availability. Delivery time is subject to our third-party delivery partner’s and cannot be scheduled.

• Please keep in mind that the delivery time frame may be longer during/after festive seasons or severe weather conditions, due to high demand received by our third-party delivery partner. We will try our best to deliver within our normal delivery time frame, however, Sleepro will not be held accountable for any late delivery cases during peak sales seasons.

• The delivery address can be changed as long as order has not been dispatched for delivery. Once dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery details, but do contact our customer support to see how we can help.

• If you are not able to accept delivery, you must advise Sleepro before a delivery is attempted.

• If the delivery is scheduled and you are not at home during the determined time, we reserve the right to charge RM150 as compensation fee if the mattress will be returned.

• Sleepro is not responsible for loss of items once delivered to the shipping address.
